Friday (April 11) was our 180-day mark, which meant that I could call Disney Dining and make reservations. I kept it spare this time in the hopes that there will be many special F&W events to choose from on our trip, but seeing all those empty squares on my planning calendar makes me a little nervous!
Here's what we have scheduled so far:
Dinner at Portobello Yacht Club (10/8)
Breakfast at Boma (10/10)
Dinner at California Grill (10/13)
Dinner at Citricos (10/16)
I have to call back this Friday to make an ADR at Blue Zoo - they only accept reservations exactly 180 days from the date you want to dine (no 180+10 for you!).
Now if Epcot would just release those F&W program details ... insert hysterically laughing emoticon here.

Disney release Food and Wine information early so you can make reservations and plan your budget?? What a great IDEA! :) Too bad we are all waiting till LATE JULY or worse if they keep up for with the last few years! We just called in and got a reservation at Victoria and Albert's for 10/04. My husband has never been! Can't wait! Again it's great to read your stuff and know that others are in Food and Wine waiting Hell with us!
Hi Chelsi! We feel your F&W pain ... it drives us crazy! Well, it really only drives me crazy but because Jay has to deal with me when I'm crazy it drives him crazy by default!

My mom and I will be going on our second annual boozer trip this October too. I'm seriously thinking of writing a dining report - wish me luck!
We are also going to Boma for breakfast/brunch. Have you tried their breakfast before? I don't recall reading your review...Anyway, it's supposed to be fabulous!!

YAY!!!! Another trip is in the works!!! Thank goodness! I can cancel the extra therapy sessions I had set up for next fall!!!
Have y'all eaten at Boma before? I'm sure you have...we have scheduled THREE times on our ten day trip this August...mostly b/c we are staying at AKL and it's danged convenient! I learned my lesson about rushing like a maniac to make a early ADR. This way I can trot downstairs in my PJ's...if I was that kind of girl...which I am not...but still, such an option is comforting!!! :)
Oooh...some new places I see. I'm excited to read your review of Citricos, there aren't too many of them online! Also, BlueZoo looks really exciting. Can't wait :)
I hope we get to meet up again in October during F&W. I'll have to watch here for updates, especially since I was one of the ones knocked out in the recent banning spree.
